After establishing the company in 2009 in Beirut, Lebanon and with over 30 years of experience in the field, Johnny Fadlallah became known for his role in managing, representing and producing events for brands and companies on an international level and being a guest of honor on various jury panels all over the world.

LIPS has earned multiple global awards and international recognition for being a leader in event management, concept creation, innovation, execution, quality, management and organization.

In 2021, he relocated LIPS and established grounds in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia bringing it the portfolio and knowledge to the Kingdom.
